At Carlson, our windows and doors are custom made to your exact design and specification.

We have no standard price list, as we don’t sell “off the shelf” products.  Our quotation department prices each individual enquiry according to the measurements and style we receive, at the initial stage.

We offer reliable window & door delivery for most of our product range.  Our dependable lead times are made possible by our unique assembly process. This has been specifically designed to accelerate manufacturing time to ensure our delivery schedules are met.

In general, window & door deliveries take approx. 6-8 weeks from when Order Confirmation Sign-Off has been received by Carlson.

However, in the current climate with Covid-19, pent-up consumer demand and temporary Construction Industry closures, we unfortunately cannot guarantee these lead times.  Therefore, we would ask you to discuss with us your delivery requirements, so that we can give you the latest up to date information.

Carlson specialise in energy efficient windows and doors with low u-Values. Simply put U-Value ratings indicate how energy efficient a window or door is. It’s a measure of the total heat flow through a window or door, from the air inside the room, to the air outside. The lower the number, the better the insulation.

Every single element of our windows and doors has been designed to deal with the harshest weather. Low ‘E’ Argon filled glass with warm edge spacer bars come as standard in our double and triple glazed products.

Carlson Windows and Doors are covered by a full 10 year Product Warranty. This Warranty covers the Timber, Aluminium, Ironmongery, Seals, Glass and Factory Paint Finish.
